There was a time when the monorail made a complete loop around the brewery. The brewery expansion was what forced the later years to go back and forth over the same track. I was told at one time it was sold to the city of Seattle, but I have no proof of that.
As far as the Hospitality Center there was a VIP room that was frequented by the Busch family. It had a back entrance, so they were not exposed to walking through the public area. As somebody else stated the building was demolished and at one time it was parking for Kingsmill residents RVs and boats which are against HOA rules in Kingsmill.
