Um...

Did I miss it or did the author of this piece not cite a single source for any of her claims...? I'm not saying whether she's right or wrong, but that seems less like journalism and more like another baseless retelling of a local legend.

I know the headaches that came with DF....but it is honestly one of the few coasters that make me sad I never got the credit for along with the OG Steel Phantom, all of Hard Rock Park.

100%. Ample editorializing in the article, too. Sad that it got published as Local News instead of Opinion, or at least some kind of Lifestyle feature. I dunno, I'm not a newsologist.

Regardless, it's a solid exemplar of the classic grade school teacher admonition: be very careful if you're doing all of your "research" on the internet. 🙂

The trains looked so perfectly cool for their time. IMO the DF trains with their sexy complex curves were one of the most aesthetically impressive thing Arrow ever did with ride vehicles.

Meanwhile B&M were going as minimalist as reasonably possible with the fiberglass. If the DF era of Arrow hadn’t been a flop, it would have been cool to see the two totally different approaches facing off in more parks: high open seating above the rails vs wraparound fiberglass buckets that bottomed out between the rails.

ElToroRyan back at it with another great video!

ElToroRyan pronounced it "Fiesta Italia"... all credibility has now been lost lol

Edit: on second note, maybe that would be a great name for the Spanish hamlet...
