I don’t mean to derail this thread, but there’s a portable Zamperla waveswinger that travels with Wade Shows that is beautiful with it’s light package:

Quite literally any other lighting would be better than what we currently have on Der Werbelwind

Only if they are RGB or RGB/W, which would also require rewiring for a control system. I'd guess they just bought screw in LED bulbs as a much cheaper option.

A wager: They went for cheap and cheap turned out to be "daylight", the ugliest LEDs there are.
