Nothing too themed. They have American flag ones, rainbow, solid colors. But my kids liked that it had the BG logo. They are soft.

Oh thanks for the reminder. I meant to mention those. I only saw two and they aren't advertised well, which is fine by me because one of them is my favorite hang-out spot and I don't want everyone to know it exists! ? The gazebo and surrounding area behind the aviary is one and the other is the area with wooden swings as you are leaving New France to go towards Germany.
Awesome I have no idea where the gazebo thing is but I do know where the wooden swing area is and that’s a nice spot to just relax after walking around the park all day
There’s a third under the covered seating area between Lil Clydes and the Loch Ness lockers too.
Not to keep beating a dead horse but the optics of the Nessie situation are important especially given that she is the first ride that most people are going to encounter. As I said before I am not overly paranoid about the virus by any stretch but as much as this pains me I see Nessie as a giant no go as long as the current situation is in place. In my conversation with Kevin he mentioned that it was the same policy as with Griffin but the difference there is the rowscon Griffin are already spaced apart so you have some built in social distancing with the train to start with. That obviously not the case with Nessie where you could easily reach over the seat in front of you if you are in the back row. I also saw no real issue with FF in both cases I would have preferred to see assigned and staggered seating but back to back with both the width of the ride vehicle and the structure of it didn't worry me to much. I do take a small measure of relief in learning that the Nessie situation is policy and not enforcement as if we were seeing that level of lack of enforcement or be very worried about it spreading across the park but it's still a policy that must be changed in my opinion.
On one other note I was fairly impressed with Kevin he listened to my concerns and expressed himself quite nicely and did say that they would try to understand how guest might feel about the situation so I don't think they are tone deaf to the issue and I would encourage other to politely share their view on the situation with the park and maybe adjustments may be made.

This! If you’re uncomfortable with the Loch Ness situation, put in a complaint at guest services—take the opportunity to share everything you were happy about too. The park really does take guest feedback delivered via guest services seriously—it can be a really great way to influence the park.
Where was that? I saw a bunch of animal masks online at the seaworld shop and was hoping I could by some of those in the park. I only found plain color ones and rainbow masks though.
This is kinda disappointing.....I was really looking forward to a few visits to try all the food options but it doesn’t sound like a lot. How were the prices for what you got?
Prices were the same as always, at least as far as I could tell. I got a pub pretzel and Poweraide at Grogan's and it was just under $11. BBQ chicken platter, an extra side, a piece of chocolate cake and two kids meals at Trapper's was about $35.
Since this was a members only night, do we have an estimate of the crowd size? i'm going Saturday and fully expect 1000 there.
We don't. Obviously, they sold out of reservations, but some DID open up at around 6pm I think based on reports I saw on Facebook, so obviously there were enough no-shows or cancellations that they thought they could open it up. I thought about taking a walk through the park to try to "count" guests, honestly, but once the storm warning hit a lot of people bailed thinking it was actually going to rain, and so the last hour or so was completely dead. Makes it hard to get an accurate read on how representative this was of what a "capacity" event looks like.
Agreed. It was hard to judge whether it was capacity or not. I will say that around 7 PM, we tried to attempt Invdr (my 9 yr old decided she wasn't ready once we got in line), and the line was almost out to the lockers due to social distancing spacing. But every time we got in line for Le Catapult, we just had to wait for the ride to finish and then we were able to walk on.
That was shortly after one of the trains broke down and presumably around one of their hourly cleaning cycles. The only time I saw the INVADR line build up was around that time.
After 8:30 it was so empty they did double rides because there was no one in line.
One thing I thought of while I was walking around, if any BGW leadership is paying attention, is that it would be nice if they could get the sky buckets up and running to make it another attraction. They could make it a round-trip ride from France, with just a team member stationed in Germany to pass the buckets through and a team member stationed in Scotland to do the same.
