I’ve heard that Scrooge No More, Gloria, and Christmas Town LIVE: A Holiday Special are all confirmed to be returning this winter!

Yes, I’ve actually now also heard that the replacement is very similar to the former show but with three female singers.

I know that they were looking at the idea. Honestly I haven't followed up to see what the status is.

I'd love to see some changes in the lights or something, the event has gotten kinda stale. My fear is without Winterfest as competition they will continue to coast. Hopefully it's well done this year!

Xmas lights are a fine line of changing or not changing. A lot of people have gotten attatched and stuff to the setup of how xmas town is. Like that neighborhood house that goes all out since you were a kid and almost never changes.

Interesting to see InvadR is NOT opening for Christmas Town… maybe more extensive annual maintenance may be taking place (read: possible retracking?)

It also could just be that with Wolf, Darkoaster, and Verbolten running they don't see a need for anoth family coaster.

I found this interesting, as well. It’s historically been one of the consistent rides open during CT. The lineup is solid for this year’s event, though!
