Popularity really has nothing to do with how long a show stays at the park....anymore.
Yup. For example... Monster Stomp Revamped. Gone!

I do very much enjoy Celtic Fyre, but wouldn't mind something fresh in this case.

That's not a very good example to use. Last year's version was absolute and complete garbage. MSR became a shell of the the original show.

I can see places for them to update the Celtic Fyre. New songs can be introduced, other songs can be retired. I feel the concept is solid and will allow for modifications.

^That may very well be. 2011 was the first time I saw it, and I absolutely loved it. Great music, characters and costumes. Very fun & engaging show. I was sad to see it go.

I was told Celtic Fyre is gonna be back for sure for the 2013 operating season YEA!!!!!!!!!

This is a great show. It has good songs, animals, audience interation. It is like a "This is Oktoberfest" only in Ireland. I hope this show is around for a long time.

I have some doubts for this show returning this year, a show usually seems to have a life span of 3 years, some exceptions do apply, but still. I really would love a new Irish dance show.

Scott could care less about popularity. "This is Oktoberfest" and "Monster Stomp Revamped". Personally, I found TIO to be boring and nothing special, and MSR was getting old but both shows were extremely popular with the GP and they were taken out.

The fact that a person I know got the lead for a show called "Celtic Fyre" in 2013 is quite a definite that it will return another year. It's is an incredible show. From the turn out and what I hear, the most popular to date.

That is interesting, I was told last season by a few sources that Celtic Fyre wasn't going to return, and from my understanding all the performers were extremely upset and sad that last day.
Well I guess things change ever constant.

There's really no reason for Celtic Fyre to leave: "if it ain't broke, don't fix it." I'd much rather see the entertainment team focus their effort into spiffing up the Festhaus' mess than trying to replace something that doesn't need it just yet.
