Such a shame. What are they afraid of? Good to know they get more customer friendly by the day. ?
To be fair to the park the video policy started after THEY were hit with a copywrite complaint after someone online posted a video of one of their shows. So while I have concerns about the arbitrary enforcement and possible targeted enforcement against Parkfans which yes in Zachary's case has a history see Tempesto for that I do think that there is some merit to the rule.

If this is their actual justification, I love it. Maybe they shoulda purchased the usage rights to all the music they put in their shows as is legally required instead of stealing said music and hoping no one finds out. ?

So I assume video recording for personal viewing and not posting online would be acceptable?

I saw this show from a recent visit and I really loved it! The nods from Irish Thunder, Emerald Beat and of course Celtic Fyre were wonderful and the small cast only adds to the charm.

But it made me miss Irish Thunder even more, I wish the park can bring that show back; to me it was the best one out of the three Ireland shows.

I think the video issues began, and continues, with one person. That is, if she is still at the park. For the other angles, I never put my videos up and shouldn't be punished for personal use. The copyright angle doesn't fit as PLENTY of show videos are currently up. None that I know of have been taken down. The only official trouble that I'm aware of was the Vangelis suit with Chariot of Fire on Dig It Up and the possible whole problem that Rejoice was.
