They do need a solution.

I suggested at the start that they Tier their parks with something like “Six Flags over _____” for the core tentpole parks, “Six Flags presents _____” for mid-tier parks, and “_____ a Six Flags park” for the bottom tier.

This lets them keep the classic Cedar Fair names while uniting everything with a common name to show its one brand.

It appears that the All Park Passport add on (ETA: From Six Flags Legacy Domestic Parks) is now available, and for a Six Flags Fiesta Texas Prestige Pass, that's a $350 add on...

So far when looking at price points for different legacy six flags parks, their all park passport add-ons vary based on pass tier...
For gold, all park passport add-on is $110/120, this seems to fluctuate among different legacy six flags parks
For Prestige, all-park passport is the $350 price point as above.

Is it possible Six Flags Prestige Passes get Prestige benefits at legacy Cedar Fair parks too? Like for example, they get into the prestige lounge at Kings Dominion. I don't see anything on the website about this.

The only thing I can come up with for reasoning for the price difference is that you get the prestige benefits at every park you go to with this upgrade. The price is comparable (but still more expensive) if you compare Cedar Point's prestige pass with the add on VS Great America's with the add on

Cedar Point: $481
Six Flags Great America: $498

It's literally the only reasoning that makes sense to me.

My question is will Six Flags parks have the paper cup drink plan next year. I really hope so. I really dislike carrying around a plastic cup and have to stow it go on rides.
No mention yet on the websites about drink plans/season drink cups. They’re likely evaluating making the move at the legacy six flags parks still.
Curious to see what moves they have to make, considering the legacy cedar fair parks are almost going business as usual with their season pass and add ons, but making changes to the six flags parks

I find out that the website for six flags/cedar fair didn't mentioned looney tunes & dc comics, so maybe they trying to pull a paramount parks and remove the Warner bros ips in favor of peanuts & original themes

if that's the case, I like to see the metropolis/movietown area in great adventure become movietown again or different area (maybe themed to camden)

I think they're holding out to see what kind of licensing deals they can make playing Warner and UFS against each other. Warner is in bad shape and probably needs the licensing revenue so they may be happy to extend the DC and WB licenses and roll them out to more locations for a reasonable price. I think eventually we see them go away and Peanuts roll out to kids areas across all parks. The DC stuff may depend on other factors beyond Six Flags.

Looks like the All Park Passport price at the Prestige level has been slashed significantly for Legacy Six Flags park passes:

On my renewal page, Great Adventure's All Park Passport price dropped by a very hefty $150, going from $349 to $199. This is a lot more in line with my expectations of what these would command vs the Gold Pass Passport prices.

Can someone with the time and ability chart all these prices? I’m getting whiplash trying to follow all of them.

Very much hope that Six Flags intends to refund anyone who paid the seemingly-artificially-inflated initial price. New pricing seems far more reasonable.

Hopefully these growing pains will be short lived. If/when legacy Six Flags parks begin to command a more commensurate rate to the legacy Cedar Fair properties, the total price delta will be far less of a concern.

WB rights run through 2053 currently. This covers both Luney Tunes and DC as well as oth WB properties. The deal doesn't list a specific number of parks and has grown and shrunk previously as SF has acquired or sold parks or the operating license on them. The report price for the rights is fairly cheap. Honestly I doubt that the new combined company is likely to jeopardize those rights ant time soon.

tell me more

and I heard from somewhere that six flags could evolved from what they were 10 years ago thanks to the merger so we be seeing more original coasters & attractions

and also, I wouldn't be surprised if some parks drops the six flags names and reverted back to its former names (for example, six flags great adventure can be great adventure again, six flags magic mountain can be magic mountain again & six flags great America can be great america again)

I just got an email from Six Flags about the all-park passport upgrade to unlock the Cedar Fair parks in 2025 for legacy Six Flags members, so I followed the link. I entered my membership barcode and nothing. Anyone else having trouble with this?
