I REALLY hope it's temporary. Giant billboards for Coke products are not welcome in our hamlets. If Coca-Cola wants that privilege, they should buy the park.
It looks like there’s a freestyle logo on the top right, so it’s probably just a fence that they put up until they install the machine.

The fence has been there for years now. I houses some sort of backstage infrastructure I believe? Maybe an employee can illuminate what exactly is back there? For reference, here's how the space looked back in 2009:

Whatever it is, it has been a scar on the hamlet for many, many years now but, thanks to neutral paint, I don't think it registered in most people's minds. Now it stands out like an attention grabbing billboard though. It's not a good look at all.

Furthermore, Heatherdowns is not supposed to just be the Nessie hamlet. The Loch Ness Monster is supposed to lurk down in the loch outside the village. Heatherdowns is supposed to be a quaint, quiet, agricultural town. A giant Loch Ness Monster ad is not thematically appropriate. (And, of course, a massive Coca-Cola billboard is never appropriate.)
