Please update your traffic counts more frequently! Preferred parking was only 1/2 full this evening. We asked to pay $10 for preferred parking and was told they weren't selling any more preferred passes for the evening. Why would you refuse a pass holder willing to pay $10 for parking?

When things started to get interesting,

Question: Chris and Chris? Do either of you work in upper management at BG? If so, great, I appreciate your quick response albeit not accurate. If not, then I prefer to have an official BG spokesperson reply.

Christopher Schwartz said:
Pam if you wish that type of response you will not get it here. Responses here will be from the media team or park fans(such as me). If you wish a response from a BGW upper management I would recommend you send an email to the park. Or you could have stopped by guest relations on your way in to the park and inquiried about this.

Pam Harabis Neff said:
Yes Chris I am aware of the process just not sure why you always feel the need to respond even when your information is not accurate. Perhaps not knowing the answer should lead one to think twice about responding. My husband worked at BG for seven years in transportation many years ago so I do know a bit about how not only parking works but also how to file a complaint.

Christopher Schwartz said:
You must not because you came on here ranting about it. Then when someone gives you a response you insulate them for trying to help. You act like you are the only one that has love one that work there. And a key word in your post years ago, things change.

Christopher Schwartz said:
If you the all wise and knowing, why come on here knowing that upper management is not going to respond to you in this format. Why then did you not go to guest relations on your way in.

Pam Harabis Neff said:
Chris...get a life! I am sad for you bc it seems a non-paying job as a pseudo customer service relations person for BG is all you'll ever be. You are constantly posting on this page. Get off and go find something productive to do with your life. I was merely asking a parking question. Now, I need to get on with my life and enjoy the day. Hope you choose to do the same.

In his defense, he only tries to help.

In her defense, it was just a simple question/request.

Earlier in the conversation this popped up,

Christopher Schwartz said:
pam do note that if they sell me a preferred parking space if I leave and decide to return that same day iam still entitled to a perferred parking space. hence if they sell out of them spaces earlier in the day they still need to hold spaces incase that person returns that day.

This leads me to ask, is this true? Has it been done before? Can any of you platinum pass holders vouch for him?

RE: BGW's Facebook Page

The post and comments have been deleted, but still curious about if they save spots for preferred parking?

Also, this seems like a somewhat appropriate place to post this, but does anyone know why Facebook comments sometimes appear out of order?

"There should be little cubbies at all the water rides so people can store their stuff to protect their electronics. My phone had intense water damage because the attendant at Roman Rapids would not allow me to leave the bag on the platform, which was upsetting, because in the past I was allowed to."

Popeye and blutos Bilge rat barges at IOA has a system where you store your belongings in a covered area in the middle of the ride vehicle, it works quite well.

RE: BGW's Facebook Page

If their aren't lockers AT the water rides, their should be some close to them right?

I wonder if this lady had a case on her phone. I got a case on my phone and it didn't get any water damage at all when I went on Roman Rapids on my last trip.

RE: BGW's Facebook Page

I know this is early but i want to ask about Howl-O-Scream and suggestions will there be any new shows or haunted houses or will you bring back scare zones my family missed those the most last year we didn't really like the Hordes but sometimes scary and the thing we have missed for years now was the haunted train ride i remember when i was little riding that and the Bitten haunted house area i under stand Verbolten took some space there but about 3 or 2 years ago there were 3 haunted houses Bitten, Something, and Harvest Hallow i believe but you should bring back those two haunted houses and before that was The Never After i think it was named that those were the scariest parts of the park and the England part of the park should bring back the people that were dressed in black but last year during HOS all there was Crows and not the people in black but in 2011 we didn't go at all that year so i don't know what went on in that year but that should be back or change the crow area to something else. The other thing i have to say for HOS 2013 is that a show should re-appear back in the Royal Palace Theater it's has been some time since a HOS show has been there but i was disappointed that last year there were only three shows but there should be more at least one more. Okay I'm sorry for all the complaining that i have said so far so here's the last thing i have to say about the show Dig It Up! there needs to be another show there because i sat there watching the show the first time i yawned and never watched the show again. So thank you and i hope you read over my suggestions and think about making Busch Gardens a better park during Howl-O-Scream.

Thank you.

Oh the innocence and ignorance of the GP, it really is touching and sweet.

RE: BGW's Facebook Page

Looked over at the FB page this evening and saw where people were complaining about having to leave before 11pm.

Really enjoyed the fireworks tonight, as we always do, but the gridlock leaving the bridge by Verbolten after the show was done was ridiculous, especially with staff members screaming over bullhorns that everyone had to leave through Italy. How did that make ANY sense at all when the park was still open for another hour? We have been coming to Busch for the 4th for 5 years now and never has it been so poorly organized. It's always congested with hundreds of people leaving the park, but it has never been like this. Whoever did the planning this year seriously dropped the ball.

^^ Somebody call the grammar police.
