RE: BGW's Facebook Page

I was reading the Victorious Justice complaints and in general I think their more like, "I tried to buy VIP tickets but they sold out too fast." Honestly, I wanted VIP tickets just for the comfort that I know I will have seats. However I missed out but you don't see me complaining. I probably could have gotten free ones if I wanted too ;P Anyways, I am upset with how the park handles these things.
NOT complaining about how they do things just some tips!
1) Make the free concerts reservation only. You won't have to buy tickets, you just have to go up and ask for a ticket to ensure yourself a seat. That way, people don't have to wait in a super long line if they are unlucky.
2) VIP tickets should be purchased at Guest Relations ONLY. To avoid the whole technical issues and people saying they sold out before they even went on sale issue, just have them go to the park and buy VIP tickets.
3) Handle each issue personally. Carbon copy replies will just upset people even more.

Just tips that I think they could do to make things better, but they don't have to.

RE: BGW's Facebook Page

The GP has been getting a lot of power over the park. They forced the park to admit MSR's not returning. They forced them to explain the debacles of the Concert Tickets. Their going to eventually force them to do anything!

Actually, to be perfectly honest, BGWFans did that. ;)

We let loose the secret, rumors spread like a disease but it was their facebook fans that did the complaining for it. We just mentioned it first, the facebook fans blew it up.

RE: BGW's Facebook Page

I find it astonishing how often people go to the BGW facebook page, ask how the weather is and then wait for a response, rather than just going to weather.com and plugging in "Williamsburg, VA."

We should get some of you all to join our group on FB :)......PzP ( I think that's his alter ego?) and I are members...it makes the FB wall that much more hilarious when you can talk about it "after hours""

RE: BGW's Facebook Page

You guys are terrible, trolling the wall. Half the people that answer questions are really nice and you guys go give them a hard time. I really don't condone such behavior.

I didn't troll, I just said "who the hell is Victoria Justice and why are so many moms complaining over concert tickets?" and my comment got me about 120 notifications in 10 minutes.

RE: BGW's Facebook Page

I wasn't pointing out people specifically, I am sorry if I grouped too many people together. I was throwing a comment out there and only expecting the ones that do notice it. I am not pointing fingers, just a general "Bad boy" notice.

Although, by the size of that line, I can understand you getting that many so quick. I felt lucky, I got in line at the Ireland bridge! Then it stormed -__-

I used to make a few posts here and there on their FB but the ignorant GP AND trollers got to me.

Take a look at their Facebook. They changed their wall photo and profile picture from Verbolten to Howl-o-Scream.
