Non-toxix Snake powder repellent for starters and maybe a through inspection of the mazes would be a nice start.
And supposedly a scare actor might have been bit by the baby copperhead snake Sunday night. Hearsay

Sad thing is if you get bit by a snake at bgw. They'd probably say it was your fault for not being more aware of your surroundings.

Snake Repellent while technically non toxic can still cause significant issues to eyes and lungs if it gets kicked up as dust I would not want to see it used in an area with lots of kids around. Also the location near the grazing fields for the livestock causes issues with run off contamination when it rains it should be a no go for this maze. The mazes all already get safety walk through before opening Ivam sure more care will be given to look for live snakes now but they are also incredibly hard to spot and might enter the maze after opening. Adding to that issue is both the time of year as baby Copperheads are just now starting to appear and the time of day as these snakes become mist active about between the last two hours of sun and the first two hours of dark.

I demand mongoose patrols of the maze ever night anything else is just unacceptable.
