It's always been an issue for tge show. The first year was a mess the park upgraded the equipment after that which helped some but clearly hasn't completely solved the problem
Yes, the warm temps don't help but single most important thing in keeping a tree green is water. It is always the one main thing told to everyone who puts a live tree in their home...keep it watered. So I won't give the park a pass on this at all. To me this is neglect on their part. Usually toward the end of CT some of the trees are turning brown but there's still two weeks left before the end of the event and this is the worst I've ever seen it.
Honestly, a large part of it is probably that it's been unseasonably warm most of this CT which is making the trees dry out me. The park has never actually watered the Christmas trees throughout the park
Yikes, even regular path lights look out - sounds like a safety hazard.
Maybe they're going for a Bavaria re-theme...
May be expensive, but if they can afford a multimillion dollar intamin coaster, I think they can afford a repaving.
Well the station is a metal building with no theming at all, so maybe the theming budget can go to repaving.
First impressions are important if the first thing guest experience is a pothole riden nightmare it will effect the rest of their perception of the park. If they want that real most beautiful theme park title ever again then MUST pay attention to things like this.
Maybe with the repaints they’re also giving the plazas and such some much needed love?
