Depends what is wrong with it industrial AC equipment companies are actually back ordered at the moment they might very well not be able to get parts or replacement if one is needed.

Can confirm. I'm in property management and getting AC's fixed right now is a pain. Plumbing too. Contractors are backed up and understaffed.

Wanted to update the building has been fixed the dark spot on the planter is NOT rot but a mildew stain and the planter wood appears solid and unaffected except for cosmeticly..

I assume this falls under quality controll....but its beverage related. So 3 weekends in a row now Ive run across fountain machines with no syrups and ice. 3 weeks ago I got lemonaide at Festhaus, since its pretty clear I didnt notice that it was straight water until we had left the area. Thenlast week....again same thing at Trappers. Also Trappers has been out of ice the past two weeks. Friday at Trappers both the Lemon aide and orange were out of syrup. When we tried to alert someone at Trappers the guy working right there is deaf and im not sure he understood what we were trying to point out.

Security and first aid reacted very professionally from what I was able to see. I’m hearing there were plenty of people recording, so expect to see it online soon enough.

I don’t know where to post this but something similar, yesterday the Restrooms at Marcos were closed except for the family one so an employee went in there to clean it up, and apparently did not do the best of job so a guest complained so instead of the employee finding a manager he decided to shout at the guest about it being too bad and he couldn’t do anything else. Then the employee stormed off.
