Busch Garden — TDC , the site that has some the concept of the project, as the website changed
Yeah it's shame this never came to fruition. Most of the land reclamation to create the Palm Jebel Ali was complete, too, and still remains undeveloped.
Unfortunately I don't see a SeaWorld Park ever going there with the new one being open an hour south of there in Abu Dhabi.

As a guess it's linked to Busch Entertainment which doesn't exist anylonger and no one remembers that it's there to delete it.
