I recently had a thought on a possible reason why Britmania ended. Could it be for the offensive lyrics in the second verse of "Money for Nothing"? I know that those particular lyrics weren't used in the show, but is it possible BG didn't want to be accused of using songs that could be considered offensive? This occurred to me as a preemptive measure before they called out on it.
Any thoughts?
The fact that they still play Baby it's cold out over and over during Christmastown argues strongly against this theory.

...or because being better than London Rocks wasn’t exactly saying much? ?

Seriously though, it probably just cost too much. I don’t have access to the park’s guest satisfaction ratings, but I have a feeling that money had more to do with it than guest feedback alone. If the operating costs were anything like London Rocks; it’s no wonder the show is gone.
