Drove from Jersey to BGW today, and heading to KD tomorrow.
Had one of my favorite days at BGW, I’ve been going since I was a kid and it just feels special going to this park every time because I went on my first coaster here: Loch Ness.
I got on front row with my father for Griffon, Alpengeist, Verbolten (updated theming was awesome by the way), InvadR, and Apollo’s Chariot. Every ride was RIPPING compared to the last time I went. I’m not sure if the heat played a factor but I almost greyed a few times today and I was PUMPED. I’m at 99 credits now, and I’m hopeful to make Pantherian my 100th tomorrow (it hasn’t been running the last few days). If not I will hold off and get on the Cyclone next week at Luna Park but it was cool to go full circle and revisit my 1st credit before grabbing my 100th regardless of how that plays out.
Also, go to Old City Barbecue when you’re in town! I’ve been there a few times and the staff is so nice, the food is great, and the prices are insanely reasonable for that quality of barbecue.
