Oh wow, this is actually a significant change. Welcome back, the BGW off-season! It was extended from three weekends off this year to five (!!!) next year.
Hopefully this improves the park's ability to get some extra maintenance done. Fingers crossed.

I’m all for this, Park quality should be better and I miss the excitement of waiting for opening day
I'm bummed that I won't get to see the park in January anymore, but if this means we can start seeing 2 train ops on the coasters in spring, I'm all for a slightly longer off season.
Kinda surprised to see them opening on Wednesdays in fall again after cutting Wednesdays out this year. I wonder what lead to that decision

I don't have a clue of when rides usually reopen for the season but I am definitely hoping that this will help them work more efficiently and make some improvements, wherever needed.
