Uh oh. This is exactly why executives in Florida (used to) lose weight under stress, whereas the execs here tend to gain weight under stress. The portion and value makes all the difference. If this price and value trend keeps going, we may have a bit of a switch around.

i like the cinnamon nuggets.

I went here on the 22nd, awful pretzels! Inside was literally dough! Also, is it just me or did they used to have Blue Moon on draft? I could just be remembering things wrong... does any place here have Blue Moon? I saw they have Shocktop Belgian White but was looking to get my moon on! I saw they switched the hard cider from last year as well

Our serving of Cinnamon Nuggets on Preview Day was so pitiful that we took it back and asked for them to please fill the basket. We were told they are only allowed to place a certain number of nuggets in the order. Perhaps, but at least make them larger than a quarter? Hope this was just a one day issue or we are expecting it to improve greatly.

I went last Thursday and got the smoked sausage pretzel and chips. The pretzel dog was very good, though they were a little skimpy on the chips. The main issue for me was the line and mass confusion on trying to check out. People were shoving, cutting in line. While I place most of the blame on rude people, I think it's also new staffers figuring things out. It takes a while to train new people. It'll get better.

As much as I love Pretzel World, I do agree that it has a terrible setup. The line for receiving food often blends with the lines for paying, which leads to a horribly confusing mess of people shuffling about the middle of the shop. And the Enter and Exit doors are poorly designated, so there are people coming in and out of both doors, which makes the guest flow even more congested. On crowded days, like during Howl-O-Scream and Christmas Town, navigating the building with your order is quite the challenge.

But hey, the yummy pretzels make it worth the effort!
