It doesn't say with no plans for renovations though... Maybe we could see the coaster re-themed and turned into a RMC or have a new titan track layout.
The absence of such a statement is not the same thing as an indication it will happen. I would think context and a dose of realism would be sufficient to rule a significant renovation out

I have no idea how Magic Springs is doing financially, but I do think the door is cracked open for a semi-reasonable RMC discussion here. It would be a relatively cheap way to get a major e-ticket attraction at a park that likely can't afford to do much of the ground-up variety.

My guess is that this is more a sign of financial desperation than a decision made with an eye towards the future, but stranger things have happened.

To me, that more so says that they want to leave the door open for someone to purchase it. I also don’t know the financial state of the park (really, I’d forgotten about it until I saw this), but a quietly posted blurb doesn’t really feel that THEY have plans for it in my opinion.

In any case, it seems like Big Bad John is gonna live forever lol.

My first thought too, although maybe it's too soon to lock in plans just yet. Even if it's a smaller/shorter RMC conversion, it would still be a big deal for the region.
