After this year, it is by far one, if not the most intense invert I've been on. The cobra roll used to be just snappy to me. But now it's snappy and very forceful, especially in the back row. Zero-G roll used to be one of the weaker ones in my opinion but it's much more forceful now. I can only imagine how much more intense that and the corkscrew would be if the MCBR was barely on.

Unpopular opinion, Alpengeist in the back at night time is the best coaster in VA. That ride is more whippy than Intimidator tbh and it DRAGS you through every single inversion. It's just so damn good. It also has next to no B&M rattle unlike Apollo.Alpengeist has aged like top tier fine wine.

I’ve started yelling to people that ride Alpengeist with me going up into the cobra roll “it’s going to snap! It’s going to snap! It’s going to snap!”

Also concur on Great Bear being kind of blah especially after the 3 main inversions. They are definitely intense elements and the helix drop is definitely weird.

There’s only 2 or 3 inverts I’d put above Alps. Montu, Afterburn, and Banshee.

My days of operating B&M coasters were before the addition of the harness system. Can someone enlighten me as to if there is a difference between these two clips?

Supplemental clips that depend on the nature of the rider. If they need extra support they'll go in the left seat, if they just need the harness in its basic form they'll go in the right.

Does anyone remember a really old music video for Alpengeist by I believe coaster net? It had breaking benjamin playing on it, I can't find it anywhere

It's not a music video, but it's the first song that came to my mind.

Does alpengeist just have no damn merch. Emporium doesn't have any shirts, the place in germany with all the beer flasks have really nice winter jackets for every coaster except alpengeist. The store right outside alpengeist doesn't even sell clothes besides christmas crap. Sucks that I can't buy a shirt of my favourite coaster. Got a car sticker though!

They have had shirts and other merch in the past, they’re likely waiting for a new shipment to come in if they’re out of most of it.

I think I saw both the Bob's Sled Rental and Hans Offenfal Ski School shirts in stock sprinkled in various places around the park yesterday?
