the most I can expect out of it is them being open on weekends in the winter (aka from Labor Day - 1st day of Spring). There just won't be enough traffic during the winter in order for them to operate 365 days a year.
Plus they would have to hire so much more people because the majority of the workers have either other jobs or go back to school and almost no one would be able to run the rides
