Note, I sorta doubt it's a ride of any sort. My best guess is an addition to FH in some manner. It wouldnt surprise me to see them make something that would allow them to remove the Black Forest area, allowing for a similar venue indoors. They love to blame the weather a lot, and this is one way of alleviating that.
Yeah, I can't wait for the park blackouts every time Tempesto launches.
