Just had a rather annoying thing happen. I preordered off the website and went to the park to get it printed.
When I got to the park the barcode didn’t scan at the kiosk and when I went to the ticketing window my options were to have it on printer paper, receipt paper, or my phone.
If you want the boca ticket you NEED to buy at the park preferably at the kiosks. I really don’t understand why this is a thing. The rapids ride they have does not have bins and the any one of my options is not waterproof. Considering that you need to have the tickets in line with you this makes no sense.
Finally the fact that staff are unable to print a boca ticket on request is even more dumbfounding. I feel like the system they use for those tickets recently got revamped and now only works with itself. Meaning if you have a ticket on another medium, it means nothing the the kiosks.
Is this a new development or has it always been this way?
I know it might seem like a small thing but frankly if you want me to spend money on stuff like that, why make it such a pain to use?
