im surprised no one mentioned the big Photokey change for memberships / annual passes this year. only Platinum gets a year for free, the tier below platinum gets "1 day free"

This would actually constitute an expansion of benefits. Pre Covid only platinum got free photokey. Last year they experimented with giving the second highest tier free photokey and realized it was a bad idea mid-season.

So the free day and free digital download is a net gain of benefits.

FWIW, our membership photos were taken at BGT yesterday, and they displayed on devices at Adventure Island in the afternoon. Interested to see if they show on devices at SeaWorld later today.

Last I checked, once your picture is taken and saved into the system, when the pass is scanned at another park, as long as they have new scanners, the pictures should come up there.

Anyone else experiencing issues with photos from Pantheon not loading to your Photokey account? The kiosk had the message that our photos were successfully added to our account, but they're simply not there?

This seems like a long standing issue that NO ONE is resolving

Which kiosk did you use? I used the kiosk on the right yesterday and the photos were added to my account.

We used the one on the left. At the time the one on the right was down, with a blacked out screen. This was also yesterday.
