Here is a chart showing all SEAS parks, the date that they will go cashless, and the cashless FAQ page for each park. Guests will still be able to bring cash into the parks that have gone cashless, but they will have to use a free Cash-to-Card-Kiosk which will convert their cash to a Visa prepaid debit card that can be used anywhere Visa cards are accepted. Some of the parks have already updated their maps to show the locations of the kiosks.

Why only some and not all? Too big of a group to be considered a pilot project...

Which that physical cash can then be put into the cash to card kiosks with no fee.

Was at BGW on Friday and a large number of school groups. The line for the cash to card kiosks was probably 20 people deep.

Can't help but wonder how tourists with foreign cash are going to convert that at a kiosk. My guess is they won't be able to. Especially if the have kids who want to "branch out" on their own.
