In all honesty, it’ll depend on if we get an IP maze (like the Conjuring mazes some parks got). Six Flags never took away the upcharge from the parks with that maze.

What they should do is charge for the IP mazes but not the regular mazes. This is the most common sense approach.
 
I think the abrupt mid-season removal of the upcharge is a good sign that it won’t be back next year. For them to pull the plug on that change before the season even ended, and after they already bore the brunt of the bad PR and upset fan base, the numbers must have been really poor. Hopefully they learned that the Virginia market won’t tolerate upcharge mazes. And instituting the policy again, right after removing it, just sounds like whiplash.
