I always thought the Royal Palace backstage was a great spot for a maze. It's already completely dominated by entertainment. And, the theater itself is large enough for all the maze queue you would need.
Its got a pretty high ceiling, and they really don't use the stage door anymore, so theoretically they could build a second floor?
