As of 7:30 the toll booth traffic was backed up to the curve with one toll booth open. Then the main entrance goes up toward guest relations, photo taken at 8:05. Park is packed. Royal Palace though is pretty empty. 7422F540-C32A-4A60-92AF-A6342B6BAED9.jpeg

It’s already getting a bit backed up in the queue lines. Waited 30 minutes at 10:10 for 2 train ops on InvadR. Walking past Bolt this morning and see it running 1 station and 3 trains. Mainly came for Celtic Fyre so I’m not too upset. Good luck to those visiting. Already smells like BO everywhere.

odd decision that on bolt they ran 2 stations and 4 trains yesterday, but on the holiday itself they run 3 trains and 1 station.

Should I go today or not, I’m scared of crowds and big groups of people, not cuz of covid but because of social anxiety :(

The one 4th that I went was by far the worst I have ever seen the park with every queue filled and crowds packed into the path as thick as Christmas Town but that was pretty covid when they filled to capacity with the overflow lots even filled so I don't know if it will be quite that bad today.

If you are trying to get on all of the rides, probably not. If you are here for Fireworks then sure. Alpengeist is beginning to use the shed at the queue. With 12 more hours of the park being open, and some rides closing at 8, I can only imply that it’s going to get *very* busy.

can you give me more info on 8 PM ride closings, I was probably gonna go late around 6 or so, do most coasters close at 8 or is it just ones that are near where fireworks are being set off at?

Somebody else may have to pitch in on this but I believe Verbolten, Le Scoot, and Mach Tower will be closing at 8pm tonight. I don’t quite remember if anything else does for fireworks.

It's been the water rides at 8 and Verbolten and Mach Tower at 8:45 most nights. The train has been running till 9.

Signs at Bolt say they close at 8. Maybe they stop letting people in at 8? Appreciate that info!

BGW is the MOST crowded I have seen it since Pre-Covid. As of 1:30 overflow parking is probably 1/4 - 1/3 full. The line for parking before and after the toll booth is crawling. If you go; go directly to overflow and avoid the lines for the toll booths and the re-direction to overflow anyway.

The line to get into the park is up all the way to the top were you purchase tickets
It was…intense. I had been in the park and naively decided it was safe to go to the car for sunscreen, and then swiftly realized that it was going to be an hour to get back in. (We had mostly done what we came for, and thus left, although I didn’t use my Busch Bucks).

Saw the line when we walked out around 1:30. Looked like more of a screening issue, with only 2 machines set up. No line after security.

Something serious happened. The whole Hamlet is closed starting at the Jack Hanna trail from the France side, idk about Scotland side.

What employees relayed is that there was a fire or something. They didn't seem to be communicating the exact same story, so idk how accurate that is. Regardless, the Hamlet is closed, and it seems to be quite serious.
