Well it was the first time that I saw Kool & the Gang and it was an awesome event and in particular the band interaction with the crowd was really great. The best part of the night was the last song Celebration in which everyone in the stadium was standing, dancing and singing along and from where I could see not a signle person wasn't standing.

Haha classic. Wish I could have made it! We should be there for Switchfoot

The concerts this year have been pretty good overall and they still have their biggest name acts coming up (surprised BG could afford NEYo). Anyone heard about concerts for next year - are they doing them again and who is coming?

I'm also surprised about them being able to afford Ne-Yo. I have heard however that he is a big SeaWorld/Busch Gardens fan (or at least SeaWorld).

The Switchfoot / Lifehouse show was great. Can't believe Switchfoot went off the set and played "Gone" definitely one of my favorites by them.

hopefully they are doing them again. as for who is coming, hopefully Brand New, or Manchester Orchestra, or Kevin Devine.
