Yes but I guess it would also depend on the severity of the problem if they needed to close all threr. I seem to remember reading that when they first started testing Flight of Fear it would cause the lights to dim in the park every time they launched a train.

There might be a legit reason, but I'm still bitter. Putting FoF aside, operations at the park yesterday were pretty bad.
