The lack HoS branding is scary. I'm also kind of surprised they're trying for Thursdays again.
Looks like Christmastown will open a weekend earlier than the usual Black Friday.
One possible explanation might be that we see black out dates around that time for the lower price passes and that they have it open as a possible draw for those people.Pretzel Kaiser said:

I'm hoping the opening date for Christmastown is legitimate, as they did that several years ago and it was gloriously empty. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and we were able to do everything.
I surprised they didn't try to expand on July 4th and add a few more days open later, especially considering it falls on a Wednesday.

Agree with you horsesboy that it's probably a mistake having it show the park being open on Christmas day and closed on the eve when that's never happened before. Any bets on this getting changed? Opening one weekend earlier is also interesting. They'll have three weeks to get set up but if they expand any more with decorations and lights that's making it tight to get everything set up. In that video they released this last year they said it was all hands on deck to get it set up now as is. Also noticed that they are only open for two full weeks next year for Spring Break where last year it was three. Then they are opening late and closing early on Sept 8&9. Surprised the next weekend is this way also.

I am suggesting that, but that's hypothetical out of my own confusion. Why isn't there a title on the Sept/Oct schedule that should point out HOS? I'm asking if that means there isn't going to be one this year? If there is, awesome, if there isn't then that's pretty sudden for the park to make such a bold decision.
This is the main park schedule - it NEVER has had any mention of special events on it EVER, excluding Christmas Town.
The Pass Member Fun Tracker is the calendar that marks all the events and such. HOS is still happening. By the looks of it, they are probably going to have another HOS Preview Night that friday before HOS starts that saturday.

I can understand being open on Christmas, as a tourist destination, but what makes no sense at all is closing Christmas Eve?
