There are some new jets in the area after the drop on Pompeii. they are the same thing as the ones on the Rapids as far as the paying thing, but they shoot the water a little more in a upward direction. If you pass by the area they are very noticeable. This goes to show that the park still wants the little things, so long as it makes them money anyway.

i always liked how you could get on that ride and stay dry if you got in the right seat. it was a great way to warm up. I guess some people will like them and others wont.

I agree. That might have ended my days of riding Pompeii. I stay off of RR unless it is really hot. Guess that leaves Le Scoot (still my favorite water ride at the park).

Yeah, we usually get on that on the way though to Italy. You'd get a little wet but not soaked. But Saturday night, it was crowded and I got hit with 5 cannons in a row. It was a Roman Rapids type soaked. Kinda sucked.

remember guys, on less crowded days there is a very small chance off them being used on you. Esp. when nobody is riding. I think it's something that's good to keep the park fresh in between thes big changes we're on the verge of.
