Very Cool Flyover

I used to work 15 feet from the flight line at Oceana. We used to go out on the walk up comm tower next to my building and watch the Blue Angels practice the Thursday before the Airshow.
When the local F-18s are training sometimes they will, "fly low and dirty" while practicing touch and gos. (all flaps down, wheels down, afterburners on and VERY low to the ground) to say they are loud is an understatement. HOWEVER once when up on the tower an Angel broke from the "normal" local flight pattern, (to be expected in their case) and flew directly over my tower and building. It came at my friend and I from behind, with AB on and screaming fast. It was just THERE all of a sudden. I have never been so scared in my life. It is a wonder I did not have a stroke. Still good times.
