It looks good, but honestly, I was hoping for a higher-end amenity selection. The lack of a flagship restaurant and the lack of a spa seem to place this resort below Hard Rock on the luxury resort scale. I know the view and direct park access are the selling points for this resort and, with those, it is definitely equivalent to the likes of Hard Rock. That said, I was really hoping that this would be a new high water mark for luxury theme park resorts—a real Grand Floridan rival—and I honestly don't think this looks like that at all.

Very curious to see where room rates end up landing.

The lack of a flagship restaurant

I know it will have that rooftop bar for amazing views of the park's nighttime shows but I was hoping for an adjacent signature restaurant next to that like California Grill at the Contemporary has for MK's fireworks. Portofino Bay has two signature restaurants in Mamma Della's and Bice Ristorante and The Hard Rock even has one with The Palm Steakhouse, which makes it a bit odd that Helios will be devoid of one.
