I’m going to HP next year and i have some questions. What coaster should i ride first? What has the longest lines? What should i skip? Where’s the best food? Should i go to the zoo? Is the waterpark any good? Feel free to answer

Actually just had my first trip to Hershey a couple weeks ago. Since I've only been once I may not be exactly qualified to answer but I'll say that we were glad we got on Fahrenheit first thing. For most of the two days we were there the wait times seemed to be 90-120 minutes, we waited maybe 25. Laff Trakk lines also stayed consistently long.

I'd also say that Storm Runner, Skyrush and Candymonium were our top 3 out of what we rode (we skipped Comet, Great Bear and Remix, even with two days there was a LOT to do so those have to wait until next year).

As far as food, we liked Spring Creek Smokehouse near Trailblazer quite a bit. Surprisingly big portions for what we paid.

Fahrenheit and Laff Trax have the longest lines. I would do both of those first, maybe especially Laff since it's not worth a long wait, but it's fun, whereas Fahrenheit is more worth a wait. However I haven't been there since they added Candymonium, so I don't know what the line situation is with that. But it no doubt has much better capacity, so it's probably still Fahrenheit and Laff Trax first. Then Storm Runner. Then the others. Comet is great and often has a long line, so ... hmm. I guess try to catch it when the line is shorter.

Plan to either spend two days at the park, buy fast passes, or skip several rides. entry lines can also get very long, you can save about 30 mins getting in on a busy day by showing up an hour before gates open.
