Surprised to not see a thread on this here already, but Project Exodus has been approved to be built by Thorpe Park. Looks like it will be built by MACK Rides, stand 236 feet tall, and will be a pretty unique coaster given the concept art and videos that have been put forth by the park so far. It seems like they are aiming for a 2024 opening at the moment, and it will no doubt be among the most interesting and most anticipated new rides for that season.

Hi all! I know Slammer has SBNO for quite some time, but i was wondering if anyone knew its current state. Is the ride still mostly intact? Or have parts of it been chopped to pieces? I heard the queue line was used for Black Mirror Labyrinth, but that's rumored to be leaving soon. I've also heard a rumor that it may be leaving this season, but that's been going the rumor for years now. With Hyperia being built nearby, is there any hope for the last standing S&S Sky Swat to reopen?

Also does anyone know any technical aspects of the model? I'm currently working on a video of the model and any info would be greatly appreciated. I was lucky enough to have been trained on the original prototype of the ride when it was at SFNE as Catapult so i do know a few things. but I would love to pay homage to the first ever flat ride I was trained on! Thanks in advance!

You could check out the Expedition Theme Park YouTube video on this ride, that's about as much as I know

Funny, I was watching Hyperia construction videos a few weeks ago and was genuinely stunned to see it was still standing. I do believe they are going to remove it this year. Can't remember where I heard it and don't know the certainty of it, so I wouldn't write that in stone, but I'd bet money it never comes back.

I wonder when the park finally decided to remove it, I mean, Charlie and the chocolate factory ride in alton tower sat empty from 2016-2018 until they gutted it for Alton Towers dungeon so we going to see the same thing with slammer

Well, that's unfortunate...

No surprise here. This is like the third time it's happened since it opened.
