'Star Wars: A Galaxy Far, Far Away' show closing at Disney's Hollywood Studios

Disney has confirmed that the character-filled stage show, "Star Wars: A Galaxy Far, Far Away" will be closing at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

Not surprised. Was just there this week. The stage looks temporary and "in the way". It certainly takes the attention of the Railroad which will about to be opening up. Plus, most of the characters in the show are now found in Launch Bay or just walking around in Galaxy's Edge. Time to go!

Good riddance! Its a pita in the evening when they move it off stage. The only enjoyment of that show for me in the past few years is when they launch the pyro at the end and it scares the crap out of everyone on the backside of the stage.

Also, that stage is gonna be gone thank god so we can finally see the Chinese Theater a lot better especially with the new MMRR signsfinally up. Plus, I called the show Star Wars Runway show. And it is a cluster clog up the pathways hell of a mess.

Probably because the stage is built on parade floats and was constantly driven into place and back stage every day.
