Just a quick question hopefully someone here can answer... I know if you go to guest services to say something nice about a staff member they get a bonus or some sort of perk, right? Well we had a guy do something really nice for us but we forgot to stop by guest services on our way out. If I send an email to the park with that person's name and the country he was working will the park still give him the bonus or whatever? And is it actually a bonus or just recognition?
