I mean, unless you flask up the park only benefits from the overpriced low abv beverages they offer at ridiculous markups since it'll take a few per average sized adult to get a maintenance level (ymmv)... Not that I recommend the flask option.

And since they have Killarney next to the nature reserve, it's not a stretch to do some half-assed tie-in to a literal St. Patrick character driving real snakes out of Ireland... Though more likely it'll be closer to a street festival vibe with crafting activities for the kids. (If it's not obvious I didn't read the event details).

any idea when reservations will be available for the st patricks dates? i've heard rumours that the 13th will be a member only date. Any truth? will it be an all day thing or just night like st patricks day is?

Yes, March 13th is "Member Day." Hopefully that will translate to March 13th being the first day that the majority of the park's footprint will be open. Since full-priced, one-day admission tickets become valid the following weekend, this seems like a really good bet. We may get more information from the park on Monday as the current "Fun Sale" ends Sunday.

Honestly not terribly surprising. From what I've heard the park has been having a hard time finding people to fill food service and retail roles and they would be stretched very thin for a increased event.

I will say that this doesn't mean that there won't be more of the park open and that the sessions might not be longer. Just don't expect more locations to be open. If it italy were to open it would likely mean closing a location in another area to move staffing.

It wouldn't be surprising if they're at the highest current operating point scope-wise where they can make money based on existing customer demand. If they increased expenses (e.g. higher wages to attract more staff) there wouldn't be enough revenue return to make it profitable.

That's not how you spell Apollo.

Fun behind the scenes fact: Public records filings from the park contain constant hilarious misspellings. It doesn't really matter at all of course—normal people never see this stuff and everyone who does knows what it means—but it can be pretty entertaining as a third party observer.
