Six Flags has announced today that they are in agreement to purchase 5 parks operated by Premier Parks, LLC and owned by EPR Properties to increase their North American park portfolio to 25 venues.

- Darien Lake - Previous Six Flags property that was sold in 2007
- Frontier City - Previous Six Flags property (but did not have Six Flags branding) that was sold in 2007, was the original park in the old Premier Parks chain that went on to acquire and absorb the Six Flags branding before declaring bankruptcy.
- White Water Bay - Water park compliment to Frontier City, also previously under the Premier Parks / Six Flags banner and sold in 2007
- Wet 'n' Wild Houston - Previous Six Flags water park property which was sold in 2007
- Wet 'n' Wild Phoenix - Brand new park to the Six Flags banner, Phoenix is a new market to Six Flags and their first unique purchase or operations agreement park since their restructuring and bankruptcy in 2007.
