Six Flags Great America was rumored to get a Mr. Freeze clone in Yukon Territory for the 1998 season. The park backed out of this project after the Mr. Freeze clones at Six Flags Over Texas and St. Louis missed their 1997 opening dates due to issues with the launch systems and were delayed until 1998. Six Flags Great America built Camp Cartoon in Yukon Territory for the 1998 season.
