I’m sorry, but barring some major and entirely unknown maintenance issue, I just don’t see any reason why Fiesta Texas would can a popular coaster that’s still only 8 years old. Usually a ride has several red flags that would indicate it’s a candidate for removal, and this has literally none of them. Check your baseless speculation
Based on the clues, I think two new attractions are coming in 2024 and they will be new versions of rides that previously existed in the park.
There is a list on wikipedia of former attractions and the years they were added to the park.

I am hoping to see 1996 (Wagon Wheel) + 2002 (Tempest) = 2024 (Zamperla Endeavor & Funtime Vomatron)
or
1996 (Wagon Wheel) + 2006 (Hill Country Racer) = 2024 (Zamperla Endeavor & Mat Racer waterslide)
I also think Skyscreamer stays, but receives a DC Comics rebrand to bridge the gap between the existing DC Universe area and the new Kid Flash Coaster.
The existing kids area, Thrill Seekers Park, could receive a cheap DC Comics rebrand for the same reason.
If the poem clues are hinting at a ride relocation, I think it would make sense to relocate Pandemonium to another park for 2024. This would free up a large piece of land for another coaster in 2025 or 2026.

With the new clues pointing towards rides from the past returning to the Boardwalk area, I am thinking Fireball and Pandemonium are leaving and the new rides will be:

Here’s my hot take with this. If it’s a coaster. I think it’s an Axis coaster. Fiesta Texas has always been the guinea pig for Six Flags so pulling the trigger on an Axis Coaster is not exactly out of the question.
If you lookup the article referenced in some of the clues (WSJ 6/3/23), the headline says "Six Flags Has a New Summer Attraction. It’s Not a Roller Coaster."

I don’t think it’ll be a coaster however, I’m leaning more towards like Zamperla/Chance/Funtime flat rides

You know, honestly, the more I think about it. This could be a Multi Million expansion where the park is like going to change like multiple areas. This could be a coaster, a few flat rides and maybe even a Waterpark expansion.
