We are here this week. I was pleasantly surprised to find out the booths have been open all week. Not just the weekend. I am a little surprised that they are open since my family seems to be the only people using them. Good for us...seems bad for them. BGT is def only has booths open on the weekend.

I heard that SWO had decided to keep the Seven Seas Food Festival open during the week during Spring Break.

We are going down later in May, and it will be back to weekends-only by then, unless the park changes it current plans.

Yes it's a busy Spring Break period in Orlando right now so the parks are gonna be busy. Big Thunder Mountain at Magic Kingdom had a two hour line an hour after opening on Monday.
