For those in the Fredericksburg area there's a rare scat ride at the carnival at the Spotsylvania Towne Centre. The reddit thread is my video I took when I found it last night. I was tempted to go into the carnival and ride it but I didn't feel like experiencing the insane G forces these things have apparently last night. This will be there until the 23rd!
