Rainy day vouchers

Was at the park today when the torrential downpour started. Unfortunately I wasn't aware of the rainy day vouchers till looking at fb later after we let and saw where someone got them for her group that was there. Does anyone know of a way to get them after the fact? I leave tomorrow and the freaking rain ruined my last day my passes were good. Unless the 7 day bg and wcusa passes last longer than advertised. That would work too. Contacted bgw bit of course no one was there to take the call. Thanks for any help you guys can give.

I can't say for sure but if you did call right away I think they will work with you. They have with us in a similar situation. Call/email til you get someone, explain you didn't know about the vouchers while you were there, be polite but emphasize your disappointment, and I bet they will work with you.

I called Saturday morning and finally got someone at the park, not the SeaWorld call center (not much help-said go to park and pay for parking and then see if they would. Um, nope) Had to select merchandise and then transferred over to guest relations. Explained everything and she said sure, just come on and she would take care of me. Thank you Taylor at guest relations!
