Dods anyone know...If you have rain day comp passes that do not have your name on them, can you give them to someone else to use? Or, will they ask for ID at the gate when they scan the rain day ticket?

Can't speak from experience but I can't imagine them making a big fuss over a single day comp ticket. Not like you are passing your membership to a friend to use for the day.
As far as I know, unnamed comp tickets aren't tied to any additional information. Realistically, even named tickets never get checked.
As always, YMMV—advise whoever you're offering them to to prepare just in case they don't work—but it's VERY likely that they'll have no problem.
