Rode these yesterday, they are now just bodyslides. Much less exciting.
It probably beats the 120lbs weight limit they need to operate it safely with the short run-off. IDK how it got built in the first place considering how many of these have been made min run-off should be well known.
 
I missed this last year but their argument seems interesting. I mean what they are arguing is we knew it was an issue we were looking solution but hadn't decided on one and left it open during that process and more people got injured but that only mild negligence not gross negligence. Really this is the best defense they have I would think from a PR point of view if nothing else that they would have settled before trying this as defense. I mean did they take steps like weighing riders to try and reduce the risk or anything.
