PR's Possible Haunted House Locations

So here are some ideas I think would be possible for haunted houses or at least some interesting ideas to see what they could do.

Very interesting, Party Rocker. I hope they get more houses but in some of these places it might be easy to get a house but not so easy to envision where the line will go and not impede other traffic. I know they can do an okay house in a small area...I'm looking at you Roman Rapids queue. Of course I never saw the area where ROAE coming so I'm willing to be surprised.

True but with more houses comes smaller lines for houses, or so this would work if no more people came than already do now. I am unsure of some locations, thus I put a ? behind it or it was not even included on the list.

Where would you put the queue?

The area behind the Aviary?

Again, you have the issue of where to put a queue. Also, most of the area is flower beds, ponds, etc. This seems extremely impractical.

Perhaps one of the shops?

Simply isn't one big enough. Also: Queue.

Der Marketplatz?

This one actually seems like it could be possible but it would eliminate the Howl-O-Scream Store which seems to rake in money fairly nicely. Because of that alone, I don't see them using it.

Bumper Cars?

Bumper Cars should be used. Black Forest themed?

Black Forest Events Park

They sorta need to use it for events during Howl-O-Scream.

Italy Parking Lot?

The Italy lot is much smaller than the Oktoberfest lot. It is an interesting idea though...

Stables?

Horses need homes too.

How about NO HAUNTED HOUSES. Make it all roaming hordes and no waiting lines for anything scary. Just pure pandemonium. Mix it up. Continue with the clowns and zombie chainsaws and whatnot from last season & add the actors from houses to the mix. Hiding in bushes, on the train, in a few random sky buckets, inside trash cans, the empty stall in the bathroom, etc. Make the scare truly EVERYWHERE!!

If they could create a smaller temporary entrance to AC during HOS the first part of the AC queue would be great for a new house. Assuming the dividers and everything are removable.

Also, the queue for Bitten is huge. Seems like you could extend the house so that it's an interesting indoor outdoor hybrid. You could also extend the house past the usual exit as there is a huge wide path that leads back to Germany. Seems like ROAE could have a great home there while also incorporating something of a haunted forest to tie it to Verbolten. Obviously I don't know as much about this stuff as most of you guys do. Just. A passholder sharing his thoughts.

The length of the houses isn't the problem and shouldn't be too long to begin with. You begin to run into bottlenecking problems along with people losing interest. Trick is to give the guest just enough to be satisfied but still wanting more.

As for the AC idea. There really isn't a way to reroute the queue and that space is smaller than you think.

Would you all rather more houses or 4 or 5 high quality well themed houses? The amount of work and planning that goes into transforming the park for HOS is mind blowing. Entertainment also has to adequately staff the event and finding people who are crazy and love haunted houses is very hard. Most are just looking for a quick buck and have no idea what they are getting into. Scare squad is extremely physical and challenging not to mention guests potentially getting combative and causing injury.

Actually, if they can produce permanently set-up houses of great quality such as Bitten's location and Deadline's location, they only have to worry about creating a new amazing themed temporary house such as 13's location. So we can get like four really well themed houses that can in theory be set up all year, and then when HOS comes round they can set up like 3 or more really well themed houses to make a total of 7 or more really themed houses.
