Rumor Project 2026 (?): The Next Coaster

There are some wild concepts there. That extreme spinner shuttle coaster looks neat, but not for a park like Cedar Point. Any of the others seem viable though.
Don't know where else to put it, as there's no earthly chance it ends up at Cedar Point, but I did a very quick mockup of the 'Tower Coaster' concept:

COTALand would be a vastly more appropriate place for this thing than Cedar Point or KI :|
Unless the next record CF wants to chase is "poorest reviewed Xtreme Spinner"
The only CF parks that should consider the tower are Valleyfair and Michigan’s Adventure.
Thinking about it, that may have been Mack's proposal to COTALand, where Palindrome will sit. I'm imagining the inverted launch over the roadway.

If the contract has been signed for the coaster, why do they need a survey? Doesn't signing the contract imply that the model has been selected already?
I think they should go with the family shuttle coaster. They could use another family coaster, and this one sounds pretty great.

They’ve had this plot of land empty for a few years. IIRC it used to be an employee dorm.
A lot of options here. If they reroute Perimeter Rd they could create a lot of extra space park-side for a new plaza or ride. A family launched B&M would look great weaving over the pathways. A small-scale ride would fit well between Valravn and MF as to not detract from their sightlines.
Oe they can leave the road as-is and build something outside the park again.
With this plot and Millennium Island, they haven’t had this much unused land available in a while.
